   Chime is an SMS and MMS messaging application. It provides local processing for message categorization and utilizes third-party services to provide rich link previews and contact avatars as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. User Privacy and Data
   Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle network requests and data.
4. Limitation of Liability
   The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any data loss, message delivery failures, or third-party tracking resulting from the automatic fetching of URLs sent to your device.
5. Changes to Terms
   We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
